Add a Worker in Billings Pro

Here are the steps to add a worker to your company:


  1. Login to your control panel (
  2. Click on the Users tab
  3. Click Invite a New User
  4. Enter their details and choose their access level
  5. Press Invite
  6. The worker will receive an email to activate their account and next steps to start using Billings Pro.

Self Serve

  1. Open the Billings Pro Server Admin
  2. Click on the Workers Tab
  3. Click the lock in the bottom left corner to make changes
  4. Click on the plus button in the bottom left corner of the worker list
  5. Enter their details and set a password for the worker.
  6. You will need to send these details to the user.
  7. Click Save
  8. The worker will then be able to login with the credentials you provide them.
