How can I cancel my Billings Pro Cloud Account?

To cancel your subscription to the free plan

  1. Log in to your control panel at
  2. Click the Plan & Billing tab
  3. Select Change Plan
  4. Choose the free plan
  5. Confirm your selection

Switching to the free plan will limit you to 1 invoice, 1 estimate and 1 statement per month. Your billing change will be reflected on your next invoice.

If you want to delete your account and all the data, including all client information, slips, invoice etc you've added to Billings Pro, contact us for more assistance.
