Can I send a support request directly from Billings Pro on my iOS device?

You can do this via the Home screen:

  1. Tap the application settings icon (action cog)
  2. Tap About
  3. Tap Email Support

Write a brief summary and description of the problem you encountered and then tap the Send button. This will be emailed to our support team and a ticket will be created.
