How to use notes as meeting minutes

When you create a new meeting, you can add meeting minutes by linking a note.

  1. Create an appointment ahead of time
  2. Before the meeting starts go back to the appointment
  3. In the notes field, click New Note and Daylite will open a new note as a slide over.
  4. Enter the meeting notes and click Save All when completed

The Activity view of the appointment will now display a note that is linked to the appointment.

Tip: Now that you have notes from you meeting, you can quickly action what was discussed by clicking the Button in the top corner of the note and create a new record for the list of records.
