How can I prevent email notifications from being sent?

If you would like to prevent an email notification from being sent when scheduling an appointment in Daylite, follow the steps below:

  1. Create a new Appointment.
  2. For Contacts that you would like to send an email notification, add them to the 'Invitees' section by clicking "Add Person" (ensure that the applicable contacts have a valid email address).
  3. For Contacts that you do not want to send an email notification to, add them to the 'Linked' section of the appointment by clicking "Add Link".
