How to invite a Team to Meetings & Appointments with Team View

Team view gives you the ability to invite an entire team to a meeting or simply invite a single team member.

Invite a whole team

  1. On your sidebar choose Team View
  2. Choose the team you want to invite with the team picker
  3. In the top right corner click on

A new appointment window will appear with the entire team invited

Invite one team member

  1. On your sidebar choose Team View
  2. Choose the team you want to send the invite to with the team picker
  3. Click on next to the contacts name
  4. Choose New Appointment

A new appointment window will appear with the user invited
