I'm unable to merge a letter template for a Person and send it via an email

Symptom

Daylite doesn't appear to respond when attempting to merge a letter template with a contact and email it.

Why is this problem occurring

This problem can occur due to a couple of reasons:

  1. The contact's card does not have an email address.
  2. The contact's email address is not marked as "primary".

Solution

If there is no email address, please enter an email address and then attempt to perform the merge again.
