I am unable to save my Billings Pro database backups. What can I do?
You have received an alert that your last backup attempt failed by email or receive an error message in Billing Pro Server when doing a manual backup.
Why is this problem occurring
Either a problem with the structure of the database, or the computer environment is on is not allowing for the backup process to start/complete.
Please initiate a Billings Pro support ticket.
To do this launch Billings Pro Server Admin and along the menu bar choose Help -> Email Log Files from the Billings Pro Server Admin menu bar which will send us a copy of your database backup logs.
Please also provide us with a brief explanation of the issue in the email that is generated.
