I cannot use my Switchboard ID as my Company ID when upgrading to Cloud.
You cannot use your existing Switchboard ID as the Company ID for Billings Pro Cloud. This is because switchboard and Cloud IDs are stored on the same server to avoid connection conflicts.
If you would like to upgrade to Billings Pro Cloud, please go to Billings Pro Server Admin > File > Migrate to Cloud. You can contact Marketcircle Support if you'd like to use the same switchboard name as your Cloud ID.
