Instructions how to send the console logs

  1. Launch Console (located in Applications > Utilities)
  2. Click on "Clear Display"
  3. Quit and launch the application that is affected and recreate the issue.
  4. Select File > Save a Copy As... from the Console menu bar.
  5. Save the console output log "All Messages" to your desktop.
  6. Compress (archive) the file by highlighting it, [control] or right-click the folder then select Compress "All Messages".
  7. If the file is less than 20mb, attach it to the support ticket. If the file is over 20mb, open a web browser and go to this site: Upload the zipped log files. Ensure that you use your email address for the recipient.
