Mail crashes frequently while using the Daylite Mail Assistant.


After installing and using Daylite Mail Assistant, you notice that Mail crashes very frequently.

If you are experiencing this problem, please submit a Support Ticket and include the Mail Crash Logs.

How to locate your Mail Crash logs

  1. Open Finder and choose Go > Go to Folder
  2. Copy/Paste ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports and hit return
  3. Locate the most recent file that looks like Mail_2012-08-06-232422_Users- ComputerName.crash
  4. Add this file to your support ticket
