Sync Failed - Error Code 203

Symptom

Daylite is reporting an "Error Code 203" when attempting to synchronize with Daylite Server.

Why is this problem occurring

This error is produced when Daylite Server has been upgraded to a version that has a newer schema than the Daylite client. For example, Daylite Server has been upgraded to version 5, whereas the Daylite client is running version 4.

You can refer to this knowledge base article to find out which version of Daylite / Daylite Server is currently installed.

Solution

The client must be updated to the latest version of Daylite to rectify the situation. Download and install the latest versions of Daylite from our downloads page. When you have installed the latest version of Daylite, attempt a manual sync by selecting File > Sync from the Daylite menu bar.
