Why is this problem occurring
The download has completed, but Billings Pro has stalled when trying to open the application.
Please update to the latest version of Billings Pro. If the issue persists after updating, follow the steps below:
Quit Billings Pro.
Reopen Billings Pro.
If you are not automatically logged in, please attempt to log in now.
