Subscription Refund

The 90 day money back guarantee applies only to new yearly subscription on new Cloud accounts.

Note: Only refunds requested within 90 days of subscription to the Yearly Plan will be considered. Trial extensions are non-refundable.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time, payment for the subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription, you may still use the services up until the end of your next subscription period.

Self-Serve License Refund

Note: Only refunds requested within 30 days of purchase will be considered. Upgrades and trial extensions are non-refundable.

Please contact Marketcircle at 905-480-5555 for a return authorization number. Complete this form and email it to to organise the Return Authority.

Before contacting Marketcircle you will need:

  • The reference number for your purchase, found on the e-mailed receipt.
  • The license and serial numbers purchased.
  • Your mailing address.
  • A brief comment on why you would like to be refunded.

Your request will typically be processed within 10 days of receipt of this claim. The refund for the net price of your claim (i.e., the price paid less shipping and local taxes) will be processed through the same method as the original payment. Purchases made in Canada will be refunded GST, and furthermore purchases made in Ontario will be refunded HST.
