Instead, you should be spending more time thinking about strategy, working towards completing what’s most important for your business’s future and this is where Team View in.
Think of Team View as the home page for managers and business owners. It gives an overview of what each person’s commitments and what they need to complete, all in one view. Pipelines are like visual templates that outline your processes for your Opportunities and Projects. They walk you through step by step so you can close the deal and get the job done consistently. With this systematic approach, everything you and your team needs, every Task, and Appointment, will be laid out in front your team so you can handle more Opportunities and Projects.
