What It's Like to Work at Marketcircle

Work from home with a fairly flexible schedule. As long as you can be available from 10am-3pm EST for meetings, how and when you work is up to you. Some of us are night owls and others are early birds. We value results more than we care about the hours you're working. Prepare to collaborate together via Slack and join meetings via Zoom; as long as you have an internet connection, you're good. We like to keep our meetings short and to the point – no wasting time, thanks!

Expect to work together with the team to solve tough problems. We challenge each other, support each other, and most importantly – we respect each other. We're all about constant improvement and pushing each other to be 1% better each day. If you want to work where you can have an impact and be challenged daily, you'll fit right in. 😀 To read what our employees say about what it's like to work here, check out our post Top 20 Reasons We Love Working at Marketcircle.

Perks of Working For Us

Work / life balance

So you live in a big city and your commute is killing you. Well, you can save between 2-3 hours of commute time a day! Unless, of course, you like sitting in traffic...Perhaps you're a night owl, or perhaps you're an early riser - either way, at Marketcircle we provide the flexibility you need to maintain a proper work/life balance and get your best work done. As long as you're mostly available between 10AM and 3PM EST, the rest of the hours you work at your convenience. Plus, we're a remote-first company, which means that while we have an office (in Markham, ON) we work from wherever we work best. Home offices, cafes, co-working spaces, and libraries have been popular choices. Then again, so have bus terminals and airports...

Continuous learning and improvement

At Marketcircle, we embody the art of Kaizen - continuous improvement. Our managers coach each employee to become their best by providing a deliberate action plan that may include Udemy courses, books, learning a new technology or coding language, conferences and workshops, etc. We believe we owe it to ourselves, and to each other, to improve 1% each day.

Opportunity for growth

We provide our employees a path for improvement and growth within the company. The proof is in the pudding:
