  1. Do items from other calendars that are synced with PieSync show up on the calendar on the Daylite mobile app calendar. That is my biggest disconnect with the system. I sort of defeats the purpose of having Daylite on my mobile device if I have to jump in and out of Daylite to view calendar activities that have been arranged though google calendar or outlook. If this app does that I will be a customer 🙂

  3. Hi Stevan, PieSync is for syncing contacts so unfortunately I don’t believe it will achieve what you’re looking for with calendars. Is it that you want to view your Google calendar in Daylite on your iPhone/iPad? If so, this is a feature request so I’ll add your name to this request.

  5. Our biggest problem is the calendar on my phone has only my info and not all Daylite users. We need to call in to the office or go to a bigger desktop / laptop to see all appointments / meeting. We are a small business, so other team member meetings can impact on my setting of times with customers. How can we all see the full team on our Iphone?

  7. Hi Peter,
Thank you for your feedback. Currently the only way to view other team member’s calendar on your iPhone is to flip through one user at a time. Instructions here:

I’ve added your feedback to the feature request to view multiple user’s calendars in one view on iPhone/iPad.
Just to make sure I’m understanding you correctly, these are other Daylite users calendars’, correct? Or are you also needing to view their other calendars such as their Google Calendars on your iPhone?

  9. We need 2-way sync between Outlook’s calendar and Daylite’s calendar. It’s almost unusable in a modern office without this feature.

  13. Hello. We are a small business and have an exclusively Mac environment with Daylite as well. We all have iPhones/ iPad Pro/ and Mac desktops. We use Outlook through Microsoft Exchange. So a work around we have found is to set up a new Calendar for the “Office Calendar” that will show EVERYONE’s calendars. We do this by adding a new account to Office365 management account and it is $60/yr (or $5 per month). Then, everyone posts all their appointments to the “Office Calendar” in Outlook when setting appointments. This is done by making sure the add appointment drop down list shows “Office Calendar”. This was, everyone has access to the work appointments (and not personal appointments or such). It has been working great for us. Hope this helps.

  15. I tried the PieSync service this week, as we have a mixed work environment and Id like to share contacts with everyone back and forth through Google Contacts. Unfortunately, the contacts don’t arrive in Google Contacts with the Company Name in tact, so each contact has no company name. PieSync explained that this is because contacts and Companies are separate in Daylite, and you can have one or the other and not both. Doesn’t really work for me not having a contacts company as part of the contact.
