We’ve Reached 200 WOWs for Customer Service!

Shout out to our awesome customer support team who work tirelessly to make sure your experience is as smooth as possible! Earlier this week got 200 WOWs from customer support surveys in just 11 months.

Every time someone contacts our customer support team, we send you a survey to track how happy you are with the support you received. There are 3 options: Happy, Satisfied, or Unhappy.

When someone is extremely impressed with their experience, there’s an option to leave a wow and send us back some love.
