How do I upgrade or downgrade my account?

An Admin User can upgrade or downgrade your account anytime in your Account Control Panel:

  1. Log in to your control panel at
  2. Click the Plan & Billing tab
  3. Select Change Plan
  4. Choose your new plan
  5. Confirm your selection

Plan changes are immediate. Account downgrades will affect your invoice limits from the time you downgrade the account.

Your billing change will be reflected on your next invoice.

What payments methods can I use for Billings Pro Cloud?

We have two different payment options for our customers to subscribe to Billings Pro Cloud:

Subscribe Online

You can subscribe through your control panel under the Plan and Billing pane. We accept Visa or MasterCard through this payment method. Subscribing online is an automatic renewing subscription.

Online subscription is the only method available if you have more than one user.

In-App Purchase

This method is available through the Billings Pro for iOS app. In-App purchase uses your iTunes account and the payment method registered with your iTunes account. In-App Purchases are a manual renewing subscription. Once your subscription ends, your account is automatically downgraded to Free, until you renew.

This method is available for single users only.

We suggest the in-app purchase method if you have an American Express or Discover card.

How long does my trial last?

Billings Pro Self Serve and Cloud come with a 30-day free trial. A credit card is not required to trial Billings Pro cloud. If you require additional trial time to implement the system, please contact our sales team.

There are no limitations to the trial version, and if you decide to purchase, you'll be able to continue working right from where you left off.

Is Billings Pro available in different languages?

Billings Pro is localized in a number of different languages:

How do I use Billings Pro without a Mac?

You can use Billings Pro on iOS without having a Mac. You can create an account and set up your company from your iPhone or iPad. You are able to manage clients, create projects and slips, track time and expenses, send estimates, and invoice from your device. You can also create custom invoices and estimates on your iOS device as well.

Some features are only available on Mac such as Statements, Reports, and advanced invoice templates.

What does a subscription include?

A Cloud Subscription:

  • Allows one worker to use Billings Pro on their Mac and iOS device.
  • Allows that worker to use Billings Pro on as many devices as they own as it is not a device based license.
  • Is not tied to a specific worker. They open a slot in the app for a worker to use. If a worker leaves the company, you can use their license for a new worker.
  • Includes all product updates without additional fee.

Additional active workers require their own license or subscription.

What are the system requirements for Billings Pro?

Below are the minimum system requirements to run Billings Pro.

Billings Pro Mac

  • Mac OS X 10.13 or later
  • 300 MB of free hard drive space
  • 1 GB of RAM
  • 1280 x 800px screen resolution

Billings Pro for iOS

  • Any device running iOS 10 or later

How secure is Billings Pro Cloud?

Data synchronized between Billings Pro and Marketcircle Cloud is encrypted using 256 bit SSL.

All of our servers are behind secure firewalls and are located in a Tier 1 datacenter in Canada with multiple physical security measures and redundant backups.

Do you offer discounts for education and non-profit?

We do offer a discount for customers in the education and not-for-profit industries. Please contact us for more information.

How do I add users to my account?

Adding a new user to Billings Pro couldn't be simpler.

Just log into Control Panel - Users - Invite New User Note: You must be an administrator within Billings Pro to be able to request adding a new user
