Apple announced the latest version of its operating systems, macOS Sierra and iOS 10 at WWDC on June 13th. We’re aiming to have Daylite 6 and Billings Pro compatible with macOS Sierra and iOS 10 as soon as possible.
Daylite 6 and Billings Pro Compatibiltiy
We’ve started working on compatibility for Daylite 6 and Billings Pro. There are a few issues right now, but we hope to be ready by the actual release dates of macOS Sierra and iOS 10.
We’ll be updating our Compatibility Page so please bookmark this page to check the progress. The last date updated is also shown on the page. We recommend avoiding updating to the new OS until our apps are compatible.
Self-Serve Compatibility
We’ll begin testing compatibility for Daylite 6 Server, Billings Pro Server, and Daylite 5 Server within the next two weeks. Daylite 4 has not been tested and will not be supported. We recommend that Daylite 4 customers avoid upgrading to macOS Sierra or iOS 10 until ready to upgrade to the newest version of Daylite.
Beta Testing
We will be releasing Daylite 6 and Billings Pro updates regularly through our beta program. If you’re comfortable with beta testing macOS Sierra and iOS 10 and you’d like to beta test our applications you can signup to beta test Daylite and signup to beta test Billings Pro.
Caution: Please keep in mind this is beta software on beta OS so only signup if you’re comfortable with experiencing stability issues.
